Salesforce Business Analyst/Product Owner

Location: Dubai - Onsite Contract Duration: initial 12 months contract subject to extension Employment Contract: Independent Contractor Eligibility: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Preference will be given to candidates who already hold a Golden Visa, have a valid freelance visa and business license, or are willing and eligible to self-sponsor their visa and obtain the necessary work authorization. Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst / Product Owner (BA/PO) to join our Salesforce / Business Applications Team. The ideal candidate will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, translate business requirements into actionable solutions, manage product priorities, and drive continuous improvement across Salesforce and business applications. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with hands-on Salesforce experience and the ability to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. • Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria. • Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and business priorities. • Collaborate with developers, Salesforce administrators, QA teams, and business stakeholders. • Facilitate requirements workshops, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile activities. • Support functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and solution validation. • Identify opportunities to improve business processes, Salesforce functionality, and operational efficiency. • Ensure alignment between business requirements, technical solutions, and project deliverables. • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate priorities and progress effectively. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • At least 3–5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, product ownership, or business applications management. • Experience working with Salesforce CRM and understanding its capabilities and functionality. • Proven experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria. • Experience managing product backlogs and prioritizing business requirements. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development life cycles. • Experience coordinating UAT, functional testing, and solution delivery. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
