DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Site Engineer)
1.) Study and check the specification of the Project and assure that all the materials and Shop Drawings are as per the specification requirements.
2.) Study and compare the shop drawings with the site status to ensure that everything is made or done as per the approved drawings, taking into consideration clashes with the other activities and all kind of clearances (MEP, Civil, etc.)
3.) Maintain and follow the log for the shop drawings and the log for material submittals, and updating it, and make sure that it is always as per the main contractor requirements and standard.
4.) Arranging strategy for the work progress and look ahead program, taking into consideration the obstacles and the risks that might delay the progress on the site, and give or propose in advance possible solutions for Manager and discuss it with him.
5.) Protect and maintain the best relationship between Goldenline and the Main Contractor, taking into consideration the benefit points for the company.
6.) Making sure that anything that happens in the project (or things foreseen that might happen) is always protected by emails and correspondence archives with our Client.
7.) Following the materials for the site to be delivered based on the plan given to us, and based on the plan we submitted to our client, taking into consideration the Cash Flow not be affected and also taking into account the delivery lead time required for ordering the materials.
8.) Assuring that all the works on the site has been explained to the Foreman properly and maintain the work quality and productivity of the laborers.
9.) Raise all paper works related to the site (including but not limited to MIR, WIR, Method of Statement, Risk Assessment, ITP, SOR, NCR, etc.), and ensuring that all of these are as per project standards and likewise to be organized and filed properly.
