If you’re looking for your next career move, or know someone who could be a great fit, take a look at the openings below Position 1- Job Title: Business Analyst/Scrum Master - Salesforce Commerce Cloud Job Type: Contract (extendable) Location: Dubai (on-site) Start Date: ASAP Job Description: Responsibilities: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field • Overall 8+ Years of experience, 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in eCommerce or digital product environments • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) • Working knowledge of mobile application development lifecycles (iOS/Android) • Strong understanding of eCommerce concepts: catalogs, checkout, payments, promotions, shipping, OMS, and WMS • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models • Working knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds) • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA and Confluence Position 2- Agile Scrum Master / Delivery Manager – Salesforce Commerce Cloud Job Type: Contract (extendable) Experience: 8+ Years Overall; 5+ Years as Scrum Master / Delivery Lead Location: Dubai Role Overview: Drive hands-on delivery for a digital squad working on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and related web and app initiatives. The role requires ownership of squad execution, blocker resolution, releases, and regression coordination, alongside Scrum facilitation. Key Responsibilities • Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. • Partner with the Product Owner on backlog readiness, priorities, and sprint commitments. • Track delivery progress, resolve blockers, and manage risks and dependencies. • Coordinate developers, testers, business stakeholders, and external teams. • Drive release planning, regression testing, UAT coordination, and defect triage. • Communicate delivery status and improve squad predictability and quality. Candidate Profile • Proven Scrum Master / Delivery Lead experience in SFCC and digital commerce. • Strong background in web and mobile app delivery. • Hands-on experience coordinating releases, regression cycles, and cross-system dependencies. • Strong stakeholder management and execution skills. • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery practices. • Retail or omnichannel experience preferred. • Scrum certification is useful; practical delivery ownership is the priority.
