What does the free trial include?
3 searches with Layla, 3 contact requests and 1 active job post. There is no time limit and no card to add: the trial lasts until you use it up or choose a plan. Your account goes live once we have checked your trade licence.
What counts as a search?
Each new role you give Layla is one search. Changing the requirements, asking her for more candidates, chatting, dictating or uploading a file does not count, and neither does drafting a job ad.
What is a contact request?
When you want to meet a candidate, you send them a short message through Layla. That uses one contact request. If they accept, you see their name, contact details and CV. If they decline, or do not reply within 7 days, the request is returned to you. Some candidates choose to share their details straight away.
How do job posts work?
Layla drafts the ad from your job description, and you edit it and submit it for review. Once approved, it goes live on the JobXDubai job board for 30 days with a Verified employer badge, and candidates apply through your link or email address. Your trial or plan covers a number of active posts; beyond that, a single post is AED 299 for 30 days.
Why do you check our trade licence?
To keep fake employers and job scams off the platform. You upload your trade licence at sign-up, recruitment agencies also upload their MOHRE licence, and we check them before approving your account.
How do you handle data and privacy?
Anonymous candidates stay hidden until they accept: before that you see a profile with their name and contact details removed. Candidates can block an employer from seeing them. Your licence documents are stored privately and only our team can open them.
