1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to JobXDubai. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Inhype Live Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in the United Kingdom (Company Number: 13379772).

By accessing or using JobXDubai at jobxdubai.com (the "Service"), creating an account, or making any purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Explicit Agreement

You explicitly agree to these Terms by:

Creating an account on JobXDubai
Making any purchase (lifetime access, credit packs, professional services, or coaching sessions)
Using any feature of the Service, including AI tools and job applications
Continuing to use the Service after any modification to these Terms

Affirmative Consent on Purchase

Each time you make a purchase, you affirmatively consent to:

These Terms of Service in their entirety
Our No Refund Policy (Section 8)
Our Chargebacks and Payment Disputes policy (Section 9)
The immediate delivery of digital services upon payment

2. Description of Service

JobXDubai is an online career platform specialised in the United Arab Emirates job market. The Service includes:

A job board aggregating vacancies in the UAE from employer career sites and third-party sources
AI-powered job matching, CV analysis, CV building, cover letter drafting, and interview preparation tools
The AI Job Search Copilot — a personalised weekly action plan
Assisted Apply — tools that help you prepare and submit job applications, including on your instruction and behalf
A browser extension that assists with filling application forms
Career tools, salary data, a knowledge hub, and a community area
A coaching marketplace connecting you with independent career coaches

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

3. Important: We Are Not a Recruitment Agency or Employer

JobXDubai is a software platform and career-tools provider. We are not a licensed recruitment agency, employment agency, or employer, and we do not act as an agent for any employer.

All fees you pay to JobXDubai are for access to software, AI tools, and career services — never for job placement, visa sponsorship, or recruitment. We do not charge placement fees and we never guarantee employment.
We do not guarantee that you will receive interviews, offers, or employment of any kind.
Job listings are aggregated from third-party sources. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legitimacy of any listing, employer, or salary figure. Listings may expire, change, or be withdrawn without notice.
Any application, interview, or employment relationship is strictly between you and the employer. We are not a party to it and accept no responsibility for the conduct of any employer or hiring outcome.
You are responsible for verifying any employer and job offer before providing personal documents, signing contracts, or making payments to third parties. Legitimate UAE employers do not charge candidates for jobs or visas.

4. Eligibility and Accounts

To use JobXDubai, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and be responsible for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, provide false information, abuse the Service or its AI features, or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to parse CVs, score matches, generate CVs, cover letters, interview preparation, plans, and other content. You acknowledge that:

AI output may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You must review all AI-generated content before relying on it or submitting it to an employer.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of any CV, cover letter, or application you submit, whether or not it was drafted with our tools.
Match scores, salary benchmarks, and similar insights are estimates for guidance only and are not professional, legal, or financial advice.
AI features consume credits as displayed in the Service and may be rate-limited or gated to prevent abuse.

6. Assisted Apply and the Browser Extension

Where you use Assisted Apply, auto-apply, or the browser extension, you expressly authorise JobXDubai to act on your instruction to prepare and submit applications on your behalf, using the profile data, CV, and answers you have provided. You acknowledge that:

You are the applicant of record. Every application submitted through the Service is deemed submitted by you.
You are responsible for the content of every application, and for ensuring your use complies with the terms of the third-party career site or applicant tracking system involved.
Third-party sites may change, block, or fail without notice. We do not guarantee that any application will be successfully delivered or considered.
Daily and per-run application limits apply and may change.

7. Payments, Credits, and Purchases

7.1 What You Can Buy

One-time lifetime access plans that unlock platform features
Credit packs — prepaid credits consumed by AI actions (e.g. applications, CV tailoring, cover letters, interview prep) at the rates displayed in the Service
Professional CV and career services
Coaching sessions from independent coaches via the marketplace

7.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe and Tap Payments. We do not store your full card details.
Prices are displayed at checkout in USD or AED. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, including VAT, in your jurisdiction.
Credit costs per AI action and included allowances may change at any time; changes apply prospectively and never retroactively remove credits you have already purchased.

7.3 Credits

Credits are delivered to your account immediately upon successful payment.
Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for money.
Credits consumed by an AI action are spent when the action runs, regardless of whether you use, like, or submit the output.

8. No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Because our products are digital services delivered and activated immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

Purchased credits, whether used or unused
Lifetime access plans, after activation (which occurs immediately upon payment)
Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output, match results, or job recommendations
Not receiving interviews, offers, or employment
Job listings that expire, change, or turn out to be filled or inaccurate
Applications that fail due to third-party site issues or technical errors
Service interruptions or feature changes
Changes of mind, buyer's remorse, duplicate purchases, or accidental transactions
Account termination or suspension resulting from a violation of these Terms

By purchasing, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

You have read and understood this no-refund policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable
You are purchasing prepaid digital services delivered immediately upon purchase
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive any statutory withdrawal or cooling-off right, because you expressly consent to immediate performance and delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

BY USING THIS SERVICE AND MAKING A PURCHASE, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

Prohibited Actions

You explicitly agree NOT to:

File a chargeback with your bank or card issuer for a legitimate purchase
Dispute any charge through your payment provider without first contacting us
Claim unauthorised use after voluntarily making a purchase
Request a payment reversal after service delivery
Make false claims of fraud or non-delivery

Service Delivery

You acknowledge that:

Credits, lifetime access, and digital services are delivered and activated immediately upon successful payment
You receive full access to your purchase in your account instantly
The digital product is delivered in full upon activation

Chargeback Consequences

If you initiate a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal:

Your account will be immediately suspended or terminated
All unused credits and any lifetime access will be forfeited without compensation
You will be permanently banned from using JobXDubai
We reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover losses, fees, and legal expenses
We may report fraudulent chargebacks to relevant authorities and fraud prevention databases

Dispute Resolution First

If you have any billing concern:

You MUST contact us first at [email protected]
Allow us 48 hours to investigate and respond
We will work in good faith to resolve legitimate concerns
Only after exhausting this process may you consider other options

We maintain detailed transaction records, delivery logs, IP addresses, timestamps, and usage data, and we provide comprehensive evidence to payment processors to contest fraudulent disputes. By completing a purchase you confirm you are the authorised user of the payment method, you will not dispute legitimate charges, and you waive any right to chargeback except in cases of actual unauthorised card use by a third party.

10. Coaching Marketplace

Coaches on JobXDubai are independent third parties, not our employees or agents. We do not supervise, direct, or guarantee their services, qualifications, or outcomes.
When you book a coaching offering, your contract for the coaching service is with the coach. We act solely as the platform facilitating discovery, booking, and payment.
Coaching purchases are subject to the same No Refund and Chargeback policies in Sections 8 and 9. If a coach fails to deliver a booked session, contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate in good faith.
Coaches agree to accurate listings, lawful conduct, and our commission and payout terms as presented in the coach dashboard.

11. User Content and Community

You retain ownership of content you upload (CVs, profiles, posts, messages). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service — including processing it with AI providers to deliver the features you use, and sharing your application materials with employers when you apply.

In community areas and messages you must not:

Post unlawful, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or obscene content
Post spam, scams, pyramid schemes, or unauthorised advertising
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your qualifications
Share other users' personal information without consent

We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download job listings, salary data, or any content from the Service
Use the Service to build or feed a competing product
Circumvent credit charges, rate limits, subscription gates, or security measures
Use AI features for purposes unrelated to your own job search (e.g. as a general-purpose AI service)
Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the Service
Use automated systems to access the Service except through interfaces we provide
Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading applications or information

13. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, software, and original content are owned by Inhype Live Limited and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "JobXDubai" and associated logos are trademarks of Inhype Live Limited. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your personal job search in compliance with these Terms. Content generated for you by our AI tools (such as your CV or cover letters) is yours to use for your own applications.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including your CV and application data.

15. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OF JOB LISTINGS, SALARY DATA, AI OUTPUT, OR CAREER TOOLS, AND WE DO NOT WARRANT ANY EMPLOYMENT OUTCOME. NOTHING ON THE SERVICE CONSTITUTES LEGAL, IMMIGRATION, FINANCIAL, OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of profits, income, employment opportunities, or data; the conduct of any employer, coach, or other user; or the content of any third-party site.
Our total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100 (one hundred pounds), whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Inhype Live Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your applications and content, your violation of these Terms or applicable law, or your violation of third-party rights.

18. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected] or using your account settings. No refunds are provided for unused credits or remaining access upon voluntary termination. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the Service (with 30 days' notice where practicable). Upon termination, unused credits and access are forfeited, and provisions intended to survive (including Sections 8, 9, 16, 17, and 19) continue to apply.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise. Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and negotiate in good faith for 30 days.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-Service notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

21. General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Inhype Live Limited regarding the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them without restriction. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
