Technical Business Analyst (Arabic Speaking)

Location: Dubai, UAE – Onsite, with regular travel to Abu Dhabi Contract: 12 months, with potential for extension Eligibility: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Preference will be given to candidates who already hold a valid Golden Visa or are willing and eligible to obtain a freelance visa with the required business license and permits. Candidates must be able to secure the appropriate visa and work authorization independently. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams. • Support the identification and development of suitable solutions based on client requirements. • Participate in client meetings, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions. • Assist with pre-sales activities, including RFP responses, bid preparation, and proposals. • Work across multiple projects and industry verticals as required. • Coordinate with technical teams to clarify requirements and support solution delivery. • Communicate business needs and technical concepts clearly to different stakeholders. • Travel regularly to Abu Dhabi as required. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Around 5+ years of experience in business analysis, technical business analysis, or a similar role. • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory. • Good understanding of technical concepts, systems, and business processes. • Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. • Strong communication and client management skills. • Ability to understand business challenges and contribute to identifying suitable solutions. • Exposure to pre-sales, RFPs, bids, or proposal preparation is an advantage. • Ability to work across multiple projects and collaborate with different teams. • Willingness to work onsite in Dubai and travel regularly to Abu Dhabi.
