We are hiring Salesforce Project Manager to join one of our major clients based in Dubai, UAE Job Location - Dubai, UAE Job Type - 6 months & extendable About the Role • We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise Salesforce transformation initiatives across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud. • The role will manage projects end-to-end, from discovery and solution design through development, integration, testing, deployment and hypercare. • The ideal candidate will combine strong project management and stakeholder management skills with solid technical understanding of Salesforce and its integration ecosystem. • You will work closely with business teams, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Salesforce architects, developers, QA teams, integration teams and implementation partners to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives. Requirements • 8+ years of overall IT/project management experience, with significant Salesforce project experience. • 5+ years managing Salesforce implementation or transformation projects. • Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. • Good working knowledge of Marketing Cloud. • Experience managing multi-cloud Salesforce programmes is highly desirable. • Strong experience managing SI partners and technology vendors. • Experience with enterprise integrations and complex technology environments. • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery. • Experience managing project budgets, scope, resources, risks and commercial commitments. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
