Human Resources Manager

We're hiring! Kayan AlUla General Contracting is looking for an HR Manager to join our Jeddah office. Key responsibilities: • Develop and execute HR plans; oversee recruitment and hiring. • Manage employee affairs: contracts, residency (iqama) and insurance. • Oversee payroll, attendance and leave. • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and the Qiwa, Muqeem and Mudad platforms. • Develop the organizational structure and policies, and run performance evaluation. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR or equivalent. • 7+ years of HR experience, including contracting-sector experience. • Thorough knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and the Qiwa, Muqeem and Mudad platforms. • Leadership and communication skills.
