Key Responsibilities: • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace investigations. • Manage employee relations documentation, warnings, and case records. • Coordinate with HR Operations and Government Relations on employee-related issues. • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, Qiwa, and relevant HR policies. • Support employee engagement, conflict resolution, and internal HR procedures.
