Position: Business Development / Sales Executive - Recruitment Services Key Responsibilities • Identify and generate new business opportunities for recruitment and staffing services. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, business owners, and decision-makers. • Conduct cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and client meetings to acquire new clients. • Present the company's recruitment solutions and service offerings to prospective clients. • Understand client hiring requirements and recommend suitable recruitment solutions. • Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and service agreements. • Negotiate commercial terms and close recruitment contracts. • Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates. • Follow up with clients throughout the recruitment process to ensure satisfaction. • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update all opportunities in the CRM. • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets. • Identify opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling additional HR and recruitment services. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings to generate leads. • Prepare weekly sales reports, pipeline reports, and revenue forecasts. • Ensure timely collection of payments from clients as per agreed terms. • Build long-term partnerships and maintain high client retention rates. • Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns and promotional activities. • Maintain confidentiality of client and candidate information. • Represent the company professionally while ensuring excellent customer service Requirements Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
