Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager – IT Services Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (On-site) leading technology solutions provider delivering innovative IT services, digital transformation, cloud solutions, software development, ERP implementation, cybersecurity, managed services, and enterprise technology consulting. Position Overview looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive/Manager to join its Dubai office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring enterprise customers, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth across the UAE and GCC markets. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in B2B IT sales, consultative selling, and technology solutions. Key Responsibilities • Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities across the UAE and GCC region. • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, industry events, and strategic partnerships. • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. • Meet CXOs, IT Managers, Procurement Heads, and key decision-makers to understand business challenges and propose technology solutions. • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and commercial quotations. • Negotiate contracts and successfully close new business opportunities. • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to develop customized client solutions. • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates using CRM tools. • Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and account growth. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. • 3–8 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or IT Solution Sales. • Proven experience selling IT Services, Software Development, Cloud Solutions, ERP, Microsoft Technologies, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation, or Managed Services. • Strong understanding of consultative B2B sales. • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills. • Ability to independently manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure. • Strong commercial acumen and customer-focused approach. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working in the UAE/GCC market. • Existing network of enterprise clients within the region. • UAE Driving License is an advantage. • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics.
