Experience • Minimum 2+ years of business development experience in the Staffing, Recruitment, HR Outsourcing, or Manpower industry within the UAE. • Experience selling recruitment solutions to corporate clients is mandatory. Nationality • Arabic National (Fluency in Arabic and English is required.) Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE. • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition teams, and business leaders. • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, LinkedIn, and client meetings. • Promote permanent recruitment, executive search, contract staffing, and outsourcing services. • Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, and close new business deals. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of client requirements. • Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts. • Stay updated on UAE market trends and competitor activities. Required Skills • Proven track record in B2B sales within the staffing/recruitment industry. • Strong knowledge of the UAE recruitment market. • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. • Strong client relationship management abilities. • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. • Valid UAE driving license is preferred. Education • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
