Requirements: • Minimum 2-5 years of business development experience in the UAE recruitment and staffing industry. • Proven track record of acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets. • Strong network of HR professionals and corporate clients in the UAE. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage. What You'll Do: • Identify and acquire new clients across various industries. • Promote recruitment, staffing, and outsourcing services. • Build and maintain long-term client relationships. • Attend client meetings and conduct business presentations. • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure successful delivery. • Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
