We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join Kinetic. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who enjoys opening doors, building long-term business relationships, and creating new opportunities. Success in this role requires resilience, commercial awareness, and, most importantly, a high level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism. We are looking for someone who builds trust with clients, represents our business with credibility, and takes pride in delivering on their commitments. Key responsibilities: • Identify and secure new clients across the sectors we support. • Proactively generate new business through calls, networking, referrals, and face-to-face meetings. • Build relationships with key decision-makers and understand their recruitment needs. • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to develop new business. • Prepare and deliver presentations on our recruitment services. • Develop long-term client relationships while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. • Achieve agreed revenue targets and business development KPIs. • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities. To be successful, you will need to meet the following: • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a business development role. • Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Confident communicator with excellent presentation and influencing abilities. • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven with a proactive approach. • Resilient and comfortable with cold calling, networking, and developing new business. • Able to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing. • Honest, trustworthy, and professional, with a reputation for acting with integrity and building lasting client relationships. • A collaborative team player who contributes to the success of the wider business. Required Qualifications/Experience:: • Must have a minimum of 5 years proven sales and business development experience. • Must have a minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience within the UAE. • Currently based in Dubai. • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. • Experience within the recruitment industry is preferred.
