What we are looking for We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented International Sales Manager who loves the thrill of the hunt. Core Responsibilities • Active Lead Generation: Proactively hunt for new business opportunities in international markets. • Full Sales Cycle Management: From initial lead qualification and conducting high-impact online presentations to contract signing. • Strategic Growth: Participate in implementing the company’s international business development strategy. • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with C-level stakeholders. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and technical teams to craft winning proposals. • CRM Excellence: Maintain accurate data and sales reporting to drive predictable growth. What You’ll Be Selling You will represent a powerhouse portfolio of enterprise solutions: • Custom Software Development: High-end engineering for complex industrial needs. • Innovative AI & Computer Vision: Solutions for safety monitoring, PPE detection, and process automation. • Proprietary IT Products: Including Octopus (AI IT resource optimization), Teal HR (Gamified employee engagement), and USEBUS (Intelligent integration platform). • Digital Transformation Projects: Large-scale initiatives for leaders in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, and FinTech. Requirements Mandatory: • 2+ years of B2B sales experience within the IT industry. • English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher, with excellent verbal and written business communication skills. • Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle independently. • Strong skills in negotiation, presentations, and business correspondence. • Proficiency in LinkedIn, CRM systems, and standard business tools (Outlook, Excel, Google Docs). • Ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion in a fast-paced environment. Will be an advantage: • Experience selling AI, Computer Vision, or Digital Transformation services. • Established network or experience working with clients in the MENA region. • Understanding of complex corporate sales and long sales cycles.
