Sales Manager / Director – New Business (IT Services) Location: Dubai, UAE (Candidates must currently be based in Dubai) Experience: 10–12 Years Industry: IT Services Role: Individual Contributor (Hunter) Role Overview We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager/Director to drive new business acquisition across the UAE & GCC. This is a pure hunter role responsible for the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing enterprise and mid-market IT services deals. Key Responsibilities • Acquire new enterprise clients across the UAE & GCC. • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline. • Sell IT Services, with a preference for Quality Engineering/Software Testing solutions. • Develop relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers. • Work with pre-sales teams on proposals and RFPs. • Achieve revenue targets and maintain CRM updates. Requirements • 10–12 years of IT Services sales experience in the UAE/GCC. • Proven track record in new business acquisition (Hunter). • Currently based in Dubai. • Strong enterprise network across the GCC. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Arabic is a plus.
