Business Development Manager (Hunter profile) is required by our rapidly growing technology and consultancy client Based in the UAE, we require an experienced Enterprise Consulting Sales Senior to spearhead new business sales within a targeted client community Note that whilst this role is predominantly new business sales focused, we do already have a footprint and some major named accounts that you will also be able to own and grow *Individual Contributor role with career progression into team management* The successful candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. Note we can only consider candidates with a strong track record already working in the UAE and with an established network of customers in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, ideally both • We cannot consider candidates who have had multiple short term engagements Responsibilities • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise and government accounts • Build and execute account strategies • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts • Position end to end HPC Solutions • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers • Hunt and close large scale deals across UAE and Qatar • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts Essential previous experience/ skills / background • 5 years' minimum quota carrying sales experience in the UAE working for a major IT company or consultancy • New business sales / Hunter profiles only can be considered • Track record in managing enterprise accounts - deal sizes between $5-50M and above • Experience selling advanced computer solutions, HPC, AI Infrastructure and Enterprise Platforms • Demonstrated track record in achieving and exceeding revenue targets • Very well networked within the UAE major IT customer community • Strong product knowledge within IT Enterprise Infrastructure / Cloud / AI / Big Data • Very strong written client facing and presentation skills • Arabic speaker highly advantageous Show more Show less
