Their Dubai office is expanding, and they are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join the team. Position Summary Our client is seeking an ambitious, professional, and relationship-driven Sales Manager to support the continued growth of their Dubai office. This is a consultative B2B sales role focused on managing qualified inbound leads and converting them into long-term clients. The successful candidate will work with business owners, senior executives, legal departments, innovators, and entrepreneurs, helping them identify intellectual property risks and opportunities while offering tailored solutions from the company’s comprehensive portfolio of services. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, understands complex business services, and thrives in a consultative sales environment. Location: Dubai, UAE Type of work: hybrid Key Responsibilities: • Manage qualified inbound leads provided by the company (no cold prospecting required) • Conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their business and intellectual property needs • Present the company’s portfolio of intellectual property protection services • Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts • Build long-term relationships with clients and act as a trusted business advisor • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities within the CRM system • Coordinate with internal operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery • Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle to maximize conversion rates • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional services • Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, conferences, and business development activities when required • Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets and KPI Candidate Profile • Previous experience in B2B sales, consulting, account management, or business development in Dubai • Understanding of intellectual property, trademarks, patents, brand protection, domain names, legal services, or innovation-related industries would be a strong advantage • Experience working with international clients is considered a plus • Strong commercial awareness and excellent business acumen • Naturally curious with a genuine interest in innovation, technology, and emerging businesses • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented • Highly organized with excellent time management skills • Comfortable discussing complex services in a clear and engaging manner • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team • Professional appearance and confident executive presence • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
