Operations Draft and prepare legislation, including laws, Executive Council resolutions, administrativedecisions, and executive regulations.Document, preserve, and organize legislation, regulations, and legal instruments for reliablereference.Provide organizational units with relevant legislation and legal regulations aligned to their competencies.Provide legal opinions and technical advice to sectors, institutions, and departments per approved procedures.Prepare legal research on topics within the Authority’s duties.Prepare legal studies to address gaps in legislation and laws related to RTA’s work.Review policies and technical manuals for legal compatibility and accurate wording per approved procedures.Monitor and refine reports, correspondence, and legal documents for top management.Perform legal studies and propose legal studies and projects to support RTA departments.Legally advise on matters concerning laws and legislations and highlight the necessity of compliance. Product/Process ImprovementPeriodically review applicable legislation and recommend amendments for conflicts or new situations.Establish mechanisms to monitor and track compliance with internal and external regulations;submit periodic compliance reports to top management.Propose modifications or simplifications in work procedures to raise efficiency.
