Key Accountabilities Receive and Process Quotations to Governmental Hospitals Receive official orders/ Customer Purchasing Order and putting it in the backorder Delivery of all orders must be completed before its due dates Support delivery team in obtaining final Proof of Deliveries Follow-up on backorder report and outstanding orders from Hospitals Follow up on payment collection Analyze penalties and provide all supporting documents Alert for stock and near expiry items Undertake any other duties or assignment as required from time to time by the management. Communication & Work Relationships Internal CUSTOMER SERVICE DELIVERY STAFF SUPPLY CHAIN FINANCE BUSINESS HEADS SALES PRODUCT SPECIALISTS External HOSPITALS WAREHOUSES END-USERS PRINCIPLES Qualifications/ Experience Education: Bachelor degree in Science, Pharmacology or Business Administration Field/Years of Experience: 0-1 year in the same field
