Key Accountabilities . Swift contact with vendor . Collection of commercial documents for importation of goods for import clearance. . Follow up with forwarder and collection of freight forwarder and trucking invoices to settle as per agreed rates. . Adherence to complete ASN imported process. . Collection of financial documentation to settle vendor dues. . Update Inbound visibility platform daily. . Collect financial invoices for all shipments. . Adherence to expenses submission process. . Followup quarantine reservation process. . Report Damage, Short. . Undertake any other duties or assignment as required from time to time by the management. Communication & Work Relationships Internal: . Customs Clearance Team . Inbound team . Aggregation team External: . Vendors . Freight Forwarders Qualifications/ Experience Education: Bachelor’s Degree Field/Years of Experience: 0-1 Year of experience
