Job description We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Recruiter to join our growing HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, with a strong focus on attracting, identifying, and hiring high-performing Property Advisors and Real Estate Brokers. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the UAE real estate market, proven recruitment experience, and the ability to build strong talent pipelines to support the company's business expansion. Responsibilities • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding. • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified real estate professionals. Source and attract experienced real estate professionals through LinkedIn, job portals, and industry networks. • Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and hiring managers. • Build, maintain, and continuously develop a strong database of potential candidates for current and future vacancies. • Manage candidate follow-ups and ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding experience. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the UAE real estate industry. • Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and its talent landscape. • Proven experience recruiting Sales Force. • Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms and headhunting. • Strong candidate sourcing, interviewing, and talent assessment capabilities. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational skills with a target-driven and results-oriented approach.
