The Junior Recruiter supports full-cycle hiring across key departments at Driven, assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination to help maintain strong talent pipelines as the company grows. The role is a great starting point for someone building a career in recruitment, with hands-on exposure to headhunting, salaried-role hiring, and real estate agent recruitment across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities • Support full-cycle recruitment for assigned departments or role types, working closely with senior recruiters • Assist with recruitment projects and hiring initiatives across departments • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, direct outreach, and referrals, building early experience in headhunting and multi-channel sourcing • Help post and manage job advertisements across job boards, social media, and the careers page • Conduct initial screening calls and shortlist suitable candidates for senior review • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers • Support recruitment events, campaigns, and networking activities • Maintain accurate candidate records and keep the ATS/talent pipeline up to date Benefits Competitive salary and commission Opportunity to work with one of Dubai's leading real estate agencies Professional growth and career development opportunities Supportive and dynamic working environment
Requirements
- • 0-2 years of recruitment, sales, or customer-facing experience
- • Genuine interest in building a career in recruitment and talent acquisition
- • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and cold contacting candidates
- • Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple open roles at once
- • Familiarity with LinkedIn and ATS platforms is an advantage
- • Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to engage candidates and stakeholders
