About the role

Requirements

• - Minimum 3 years of HR/Recruitment experience within the UAE/Dubai real estate industry is mandatory.
• - Proven experience recruiting Real Estate Agents on a commission-only basis is mandatory.
• - Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate recruitment market and available talent pool.
• - Proven ability to independently manage the full 360° recruitment lifecycle.
• - Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
• - Experience working with recruitment platforms, LinkedIn, databases, and other sourcing channels.
• - Good knowledge of general HR operations and documentation.
• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced real estate environment.
• - Immediate availability / ability to join immediately is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• - Manage the end-to-end (360°) recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, onboarding, and joining.
• - Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of commission-only Real Estate Agents.
• - Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• - Conduct initial screening, interviews, reference checks, and candidate assessments.
• - Clearly communicate the company's commission-only structure, expectations, and business model to prospective agents.
• - Work closely with management to understand hiring requirements and recruitment targets.
• - Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• - Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.
• - Support employee/agent documentation and other HR-related processes.
• - Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities as required.
• - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• - Track recruitment KPIs, pipeline activity, joining ratios, and overall hiring performance.
