HR Recruiter

Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Real Estate Experience: Minimum 3 years in UAE/Dubai Real Estate We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join a growing real estate brokerage in Dubai. The primary focus of this role will be recruiting high-performing commission-based Real Estate Agents, while also managing the complete recruitment cycle and supporting day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate must have strong experience recruiting within the real estate industry and, most importantly, be confident and capable of hiring agents on a 100% commission-only basis. Key Responsibilities - Manage the end-to-end (360°) recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, onboarding, and joining. - Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of commission-only Real Estate Agents. - Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels. - Conduct initial screening, interviews, reference checks, and candidate assessments. - Clearly communicate the company's commission-only structure, expectations, and business model to prospective agents. - Work closely with management to understand hiring requirements and recruitment targets. - Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring reports. - Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates. - Support employee/agent documentation and other HR-related processes. - Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities as required. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Track recruitment KPIs, pipeline activity, joining ratios, and overall hiring performance.
