We're looking for a motivated, ambitious and commercially driven Recruiter to join our team. You'll be mentored by highly experienced industry professionals with a proven track record of delivering high-value recruitment solutions. Our leadership team believes in hands-on mentorship, sharing knowledge and giving people the tools, guidance and opportunities to succeed. We want our recruiters to develop, progress and importantly, earn well along the way. The Challenge This is a delivery-focused recruitment role with NO business development required. You'll work across multiple recruitment projects for some of the UAE's leading organisations, with an established client portfolio and opportunities to start making placements and earning commission from the outset. Ideally, you'll have 3–5 years of recruitment experience, excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for what you do. We're looking for someone who's proactive, resourceful, enjoys building relationships and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Someone who takes ownership, thinks creatively and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get things done. We believe effort should equal reward.
