About the Role Every analyst opening in Dubai brings in hundreds of applications, and the good ones need a reply within days or they accept somewhere else. Dune is hiring a Recruiter to work through that pipeline: sourcing, first calls and keeping a shortlist the partners can trust. The analysts we hire support Gulf clients, so they work in the UAE. The partners deciding on final rounds are in Las Vegas, about half a day behind. The job is full-time and remote from anywhere in the UAE. Day to Day • Search LinkedIn, university networks and job boards for analyst and associate candidates; • Run short screening calls and record the notes in the applicant tracking system; • Send case exercises and keep track of who has returned them; • Keep the weekly shortlist current for the partners; • Reply to every applicant, including the ones we turn down; • Represent Dune at graduate fairs and university events in the UAE. Dune works out of Las Vegas, but many of our clients are in the Gulf. Most projects are about entering the U.S. market; some are about strategy, organization or a transaction. Essentials • At least one year as a recruiter or recruitment coordinator, including internships • Comfort with an applicant tracking system and LinkedIn search • Degree (bachelor's) in any subject • Graduate or campus recruitment (bonus) • LinkedIn Recruiter Lite or Recruiter (bonus) • Experience recruiting for consulting or finance (bonus) What Comes with it On the benefits side: medical insurance starting on day one; 30 calendar days of leave a year, public holidays on top; end-of-service gratuity as set by UAE labour law; we pay for one professional course or exam a year; laptop, plus a one-off allowance for your home desk; and permanent full-time contract; you work from home in the UAE.
