Job Role: Receptionist & Admin Coordinator Location: Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO) Salary: AED 4,000/month Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 2-3 years of experience in administration, recruitment, staffing, or a similar role. Language Preferences: English/Tagalog Job Summary: We are looking for a Staffing & Admin Coordinator to support recruitment and staffing operations, with a focus on administration, invoicing, timesheets, and client coordination. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and maintain client invoices based on approved timesheets and attendance. • Verify timesheets and coordinate with clients for approvals. • Maintain employee, staffing, and deployment records. • Support onboarding and employee documentation. • Coordinate with clients and employees on day-to-day administrative matters. • Maintain invoice, payment, attendance, and staffing trackers. • Provide general administrative support to the recruitment and operations team. Requirements: • 2-3 years of experience in administration, recruitment, staffing, or a similar role. • Well-versed in invoicing and Microsoft Excel. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills. • Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
