Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, guiding clients through property search, viewings, negotiations, and closing procedures. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new leads, maintaining client relationships, preparing and presenting property listings, conducting market research, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners. The role also involves staying informed about local regulations, pricing trends, and new developments to provide accurate advice and support client decision-making. Qualifications • Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and foundational knowledge of Real Property. • Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships. • Candidates should possess Real Estate experience, including familiarity with local market trends and transaction processes. • Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. • Ability to work on-site in Dubai, with flexibility to meet clients during evenings or weekends as needed. • Proficiency in basic computer applications and real estate listing platforms. • Prior experience in Dubai’s real estate market or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
