Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will manage client relationships, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through buying, selling, and investing in luxury and off-plan properties. Daily responsibilities include prospecting new clients, maintaining an active portfolio of listings, preparing property presentations, and negotiating offers and contracts. The role also involves supporting clients with documentation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders (including developers and legal partners), and staying up to date with Dubai real estate trends and regulations. The Real Estate Agent is expected to deliver excellent service, uphold ethical standards, and contribute to the growth of Skyler Ventures Real Estate. Qualifications • Possess a valid Real Estate License and practical experience in Real Estate transactions. • Demonstrated Sales skills with a track record in closing deals and meeting revenue targets. • Knowledge of Real Property concepts, local market regulations, and Dubai real estate practices. • Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships. • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus. • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with diverse international clients. • Familiarity with CRM tools, property listing platforms, and basic office software. • Previous experience in Dubai or GCC real estate markets is highly beneficial.
