Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will advise clients on property purchases, sales, and rentals, with a focus on off-plan projects and luxury residences. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, conducting property viewings, preparing and presenting offers, negotiating terms, and guiding clients through all stages of the transaction. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, new developments, and regulatory requirements, as well as building long-term client relationships. The Real Estate Agent will collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns, ensure accurate listing information, and deliver a seamless client experience. Qualifications • Possession of a valid Real Estate License and solid foundational knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property. • Strong Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing transactions. • Demonstrated Customer Service skills with the ability to build trust and maintain professional client relationships. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English • Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market and relevant regulations is highly beneficial. • High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to ethical business practices
