Business Development Manager

About the Company Talent Capital is a growing HR Solutions and Talent Acquisition consultancy helping companies across the UAE build high-performing teams through executive search, recruitment and HR advisory. About the Role You will own the commercial cycle — from identifying companies with hiring needs and approaching decision-makers to securing recruitment assignments and developing repeat business. Responsibilities • Identify and target companies across the UAE with current or upcoming hiring needs • Build and manage a strong prospect pipeline • Research market signals such as expansion, new locations, business launches and hiring activity • Generate new business through networking, referrals and direct outreach • Conduct client meetings and understand talent requirements • Convert opportunities into recruitment assignments and framework agreements • Work closely with the recruitment team to deliver vacancies successfully • Develop long-term client relationships and repeat business • Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline activity • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 4 - 5 years' prior industry related business development experience in UAE • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies • Focused and goal-oriented Required Skills This is a hunter-style role for someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships with decision-makers, and converting opportunities into long-term client partnerships.
