Designation: Business Development Executive / Manager – Staffing & Recruitment Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview: We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to develop new corporate clients and grow revenue within an assigned service line. The BDM will take full ownership of one target service based on the business requirement: Permanent Recruitment, or Visa Outsourcing This focused structure allows the BDM to build deep market expertise, develop a strong client portfolio, and take clear ownership of revenue generation for their assigned service. Key Responsibilities: • Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients across the UAE. • Build relationships with HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Heads, HR Managers, Procurement teams, and business owners. • Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, market research, and existing relationships. • Understand client hiring/manpower requirements and position the assigned service accordingly. • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and meetings through proposals, negotiations, and closing. • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and develop a long-term client portfolio. • Work closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure successful service delivery. • Identify opportunities for repeat business and account growth within the assigned service. • Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline, forecasts, and sales reports. Target Service & KPIs The BDM will be assigned one service as the primary revenue target: Option 1: Permanent Recruitment Target: New client acquisition and revenue generation through permanent recruitment mandates and placements. OR Option 2: Visa Outsourcing Target: New client acquisition and revenue generation through "Visa Outsourcing" contracts and workforce requirements. Core KPIs: • New client acquisition. • Monthly/quarterly revenue target for the assigned service. • Qualified sales pipeline. • Client meetings and proposals. • Conversion of prospects into active clients. • Repeat and recurring business. • Overall revenue and gross-margin contribution. Ideal Candidate • 3–7+ years of B2B Business Development/Sales experience, preferably within **recruitment, staffing, manpower, or HR services. • Proven track record of acquiring new clients and generating revenue. • Strong understanding of the UAE corporate market. • Existing relationships with HR/TA decision-makers would be an advantage. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently. • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to build and manage a client portfolio.
