Business Development Executive – *Experience:* 2–3 Years *Industry:* Recruitment / Staffing / HR Consultancy *Location:* Dubai, UAE Job Summary We are looking for a *Business Development Executive* with 2–3 years of experience in *recruitment consultancy, staffing, or HR consultancy*. The candidate should have strong experience in handling multiple clients, developing new business, and building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities * Manage and maintain relationships with multiple existing clients. * Identify and acquire new clients and business opportunities. * Generate leads through LinkedIn, calls, emails, networking, and market research. * Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team. * Handle client meetings, follow-ups, negotiations, and business discussions. * Build relationships with HR Managers, HR Heads, Business Owners, and decision-makers. * Prepare proposals and company presentations for potential clients. * Negotiate commercial terms and support business closures. * Ensure regular follow-up with clients and generate repeat business. * Maintain records of leads, client meetings, follow-ups, and conversions. * Coordinate closely with the recruitment team to ensure smooth delivery of client requirements. Requirements * 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably within recruitment/staffing/HR consultancy. * Strong experience in client handling and account management. * Experience managing multiple clients at the same time. * Good knowledge of recruitment consultancy and staffing services. * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into clients. * UAE market experience will be an advantage. * Target-oriented and proactive approach.
