Role Description The Executive Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and executive support to senior leadership, ensuring smooth coordination of schedules, meetings, and correspondence. Responsibilities include managing calendars, organizing travel and logistics, preparing and tracking expense reports, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. The role also involves drafting emails and presentations, handling phone calls, coordinating internal and external meetings, and assisting with follow-up on key action items. This is a temporary, on-site role based in Dubai, requiring regular office presence and close collaboration with multiple teams. The position is intended for candidates with 0 to 2 years of professional experience who are eager to learn and grow in an executive support environment.
