What you'll be doing • Provide day-to-day executive support to the CEO, managing diaries, travel, meetings and communications. • Support HR and recruitment activities including interview coordination, onboarding, employee documentation and recruitment administration. • Assist with office management, supplier coordination, facilities and administrative activities to ensure the smooth running of the Abu Dhabi office. • Build strong relationships with external partners, service providers and government entities to support day-to-day business operations. What you'll bring • 2-5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, Office Coordinator or similar administrative role within Abu Dhabi. • Experience supporting HR administration or recruitment coordination would be highly advantageous. • Excellent written and verbal English with strong organisational and communication skills. • The ability to manage multiple priorities, handle confidential information and work proactively in a busy environment.
