Job Description

Executive Personal Assistant to the Founder Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Position: Full-Time Position Salary: AED 18,000-25,000 About the Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly professional Executive Personal Assistant to support the Founder of a well-established, Architecture and Interior design consultancy based in Dubai. This is a unique role for an exceptional individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and thrives on balancing executive business support with high-level personal assistance. As the Founder's trusted right hand, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring both business and personal priorities are managed efficiently, discreetly and to the highest standard. No two days will be the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who is proactive, adaptable and enjoys taking ownership. Key Responsibilities: As the Executive Personal Assistant, your responsibilities will include: • Managing a complex and ever-changing business and personal diary • Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas and itineraries • Managing the Founder's email inbox and prioritising communications • Preparing presentations, reports, correspondence and meeting documentation • Coordinating executive meetings, taking minutes and tracking follow-up actions • Acting as the key liaison between the Founder, senior leadership, clients and external stakeholders • Managing confidential business and personal information with absolute discretion • Coordinating special projects and conducting research as required • Supporting the management of personal properties, household service providers and lifestyle administration • Organising business events, client meetings and executive functions • Providing comprehensive administrative support across both business and personal matters About You The ideal candidate will demonstrate: • A minimum of 5 years' experience supporting a Founder, CEO or C-suite Executive • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Executive Personal Assistant • Exceptional organisational and time management skills • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to anticipate needs • High levels of professionalism, integrity and discretion • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Experience coordinating complex international travel and executive schedules • Previous UAE experience is preferred but not essential What's on Offer • Salary AED 18,000-25,000 dependant on experience. • Full-time position based in Dubai. • Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, with flexibility required from time to time to support business priorities. • Opportunity to work directly alongside the Founder in a trusted, high-impact role. • Exposure to executive-level decision-making and strategic business operations. • A varied and fast-paced position where no two days are the same. • A collaborative, professional and supportive working environment. • Excellent opportunity for long-term career development and progression. • Candidates currently based in the UAE with the ability to join within a short notice period will be viewed favourably. Requirements
