About the Company The Executive Assistant provides high-level executive, strategic, and administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring the efficient management of executive priorities, governance activities, stakeholder engagement, and business operations. The role acts as a trusted partner to the executive by coordinating executive schedules, facilitating informed decision-making, managing confidential information, preparing executive communications, and ensuring seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders. The Executive Assistant plays a key role in supporting organizational effectiveness, governance, operational excellence, and strategic execution. About the Role The Executive Assistant provides high-level executive, strategic, and administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring the efficient management of executive priorities, governance activities, stakeholder engagement, and business operations. Responsibilities • Manage the executive calendar, appointments, travel, and priorities. • Coordinate meetings and ensure briefing materials are prepared. • Screen correspondence and manage executive communications. • Prepare executive summaries, board papers, briefing notes, presentations, and reports. • Coordinate Executive Committee and governance meetings. • Track executive decisions, approvals, and action items to completion. • Maintain governance documentation and decision registers. • Consolidate departmental reports and executive dashboards. • Monitor KPIs, milestones, and strategic initiatives. • Prepare periodic management reports. • Act as the liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. • Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely follow-up. • Facilitate communication across business units. • Conduct research and prepare analytical briefs. • Draft speeches, talking points, correspondence, and presentations. • Support stakeholder engagement activities. • Maintain confidential records and filing systems. • Coordinate travel, protocol, logistics, and executive events. • Support procurement, budgeting, and document control where applicable. • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and confidentiality requirements. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, Communications, International Relations, or a related field. • Professional certification in Executive Administration or Project Management is preferred. • Master's degree is an advantage.
