📍 Remote | Full-Time We're looking for an exceptional Group Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO, supporting the leadership and execution across four fast-growing businesses across travel, hospitality and real estate. You'll support the CEO across a diverse portfolio of businesses, helping bring structure, momentum, and execution to an ambitious vision. No two days are the same—you'll move between investor relations, operations, hiring, travel planning, project management, and executive communications. Key Responsibilities • Manage the CEO's calendar, inbox, meetings, and daily priorities • Coordinate projects and initiatives across multiple companies • Track strategic goals, action items, and key business deliverables • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and follow-up actions • Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and team communications • Organize domestic and international travel, events, and executive logistics • Liaise with senior stakeholders, partners, investors, and external vendors • Anticipate challenges and proactively solve problems before they arise We're Looking For Someone Who Is • 5+ years of experience supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, Project Manager, or similar strategic support role. • Exceptionally organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. • An outstanding communicator with excellent judgment, professionalism, and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders, investors, and partners. • Highly discreet and trustworthy, with a proven ability to handle confidential information and drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
