About the Role Our client is seeking a highly professional, mature, and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for an experienced Executive Assistant with strong UAE experience, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and advanced PowerPoint presentation capabilities. Location Dubai, UAE About the Requirements • Executive Support - Provide dedicated administrative and executive support to senior management. Manage complex calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. • Administrative Support - Maintain confidential records, filing systems, and documentation. • Coordinate office administration and support day-to-day business operations. Prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes. Manage expense claims, invoices, and administrative documentation. • Presentation & Reporting - Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations for executive meetings, board reviews, and client presentations. Develop professional reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office applications. About You • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred. • Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in Executive Assistant and Administrative Assistant roles. • Proven experience supporting CEOs, Managing Directors, C-Suite Executives, or Senior Leadership Teams. • Advanced proficiency in: Microsoft PowerPoint (advanced presentation design), Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
