ITEC CONSTRUCTIONS
Role Description: The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for managing construction projects from initiation through completion. This role oversees project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager coordinates multidisciplinary teams, liaises with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, and ensures compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company quality benchmarks. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring site progress, managing risks and issues, preparing status reports, leading project meetings, and driving continuous improvement in construction processes and outcomes. Key Requirements: • Minimum 15 years of proven experience in construction project management. • Extensive experience in managing construction projects from inception to completion. • Dubai Municipality and/or Abu Dhabi Municipality certification/accreditation is required. • Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, authority requirements, project standards, and procedures. • Proven ability to lead project teams and effectively coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities. • Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, quality assurance, and risk management. • Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Additional Advantages: • Candidates holding Candidates holding Dubai Municipality and/or Abu Dhabi Municipality Steel Structure Accreditation or Certification will have a strong advantage. • Trakhees accreditation/certification is a plus factor. • Candidates who are available to join immediately will have an added advantage. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Construction Project Management skills. • Candidates should possess experience in Construction Management and Project Coordination. • Candidates should possess proficiency in project Budgeting and cost control. • Candidates should possess effective stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills. • Candidates should possess the ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts. • Candidates should possess knowledge of Abu Dhabi & Dubai building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards. • Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field; a relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is an advantage. • Candidates should possess proven experience managing medium to large-scale construction projects in the Middle East.
