Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Abu Dhabi. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality from inception to completion. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients, preparing project plans and progress reports, and ensuring compliance with contractual, safety, and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager will monitor risks, resolve issues, and make data-informed decisions to keep projects on track, while driving continuous improvement in processes and communication. The role involves regular site visits, leadership of project meetings, and active collaboration with stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Qualifications • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. • Experience in construction project delivery, with knowledge of building methods, materials, and industry standards. • Proficiency in project management and construction-related software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, MS Office, CAD tools familiarity is a plus). • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team coordination, decision-making, and conflict resolution. • Solid understanding of health, safety, and regulatory compliance related to construction projects. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI or equivalent) are an advantage. • Relevant experience managing medium to large-scale projects, preferably within Abu Dhabi or the broader UAE market. • Ability to work on-site full time, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and meet project deadlines. • Commitment to high-quality standards, ethical practices, and collaborative working relationships.
