Job Description: • Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, design, site supervision, quality assurance, and timely completion within budget. • Prepare work schedules, cost calculations, financial projections, site reports, and documentation while assessing risks and ensuring safety compliance. • Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce; provide technical guidance and negotiate contracts to optimize project outcomes. • Lead, delegate, and coordinate tasks, meetings, and training sessions to ensure smooth project execution.
