Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will handle the full sales and leasing cycle, including prospecting for new clients, conducting property viewings, preparing listings, and managing negotiations. Daily responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, advising clients on property values and legal requirements, and coordinating with landlords, buyers, and tenants to facilitate smooth transactions. The role also requires maintaining accurate documentation, using CRM tools to track leads and activities, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve individual and team sales targets. Providing responsive customer service, following company policies, and representing AZCB Real Estate professionally at all times are core expectations.
