Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Agent role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and managing the end-to-end sales process for residential and commercial properties. Daily activities include building and maintaining a client portfolio, advising clients on market trends, pricing, financing options, and investment opportunities, and preparing, reviewing, and negotiating sales agreements. The role involves close collaboration with internal divisions such as leasing and property advisory to provide comprehensive solutions, while ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance with local real estate regulations. The Real Estate Sales Agent will also be expected to maintain accurate records in CRM systems, follow up consistently with clients, and work toward individual and team sales targets.
