Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Agent role based in Dubai. The Real Estate Sales Agent will source and manage property listings, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing transactions. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting suitable property options, negotiating offers, preparing and reviewing contracts, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely closings. The agent will maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, pricing, and regulations, while providing high-quality customer service and building long-term client relationships. The role also involves proactive prospecting, networking, and follow-up to expand the client base and achieve sales targets. Qualifications • Strong Real Estate Sales and Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Solid Real Estate knowledge, including familiarity with local Dubai property markets and regulations. • Valid Real Estate License or eligibility to obtain one as required by Dubai authorities. • Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and manage client expectations. • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and transactions, and prioritize tasks effectively. • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software; comfort using digital tools for marketing and client communication. • Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are an advantage. • Previous experience in Dubai real estate or a related field is preferred.
