A&A Associate
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have experience across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, attendance management, and compliance with UAE Labour Law. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other onboarding documentation • Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth employee experience • Maintain candidate and recruitment records HR Operations • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases • Manage attendance, leave, and employee documentation through the HRMS • Prepare HR letters, including salary certificates, NOCs, experience letters, and employment verification letters • Ensure employee files are complete and up to date Employee Relations • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries • Support employee engagement initiatives, wellness activities, and company events • Assist in resolving employee concerns while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism Performance Management • Coordinate probation reviews and performance appraisal cycles • Track employee confirmations and contract renewals • Support managers in implementing performance management processes Payroll & Compliance • Prepare monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, overtime, and deductions • Coordinate with the Finance team for payroll processing • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies • Support visa documentation, employee insurance, and other statutory requirements HR Reporting • Generate HR reports related to recruitment, headcount, attendance, turnover, and leave balances • Monitor HR KPIs and provide insights to management Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE • Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices • Experience using HRMS/HRIS systems (Zoho People experience is an advantage) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities Preferred Requirements • Experience in the UAE corporate services or business setup industry is an advantage. • Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred Show more Show less
