Job Title: HR Executive Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Opportunity Our client, a well-established Tax Advisory and Business Consulting firm in Dubai, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage daily HR operations and support the organization’s people management functions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HR operations, UAE Labour Law, employee lifecycle management, attendance and payroll support, and HR documentation. This role requires a highly organized professional who can ensure smooth HR processes while contributing to a positive, disciplined, and engaging workplace culture. Key Responsibilities • Implement and maintain company HR policies related to attendance, leave management, probation, confirmation, appraisals, and employee conduct. • Ensure HR policies are properly documented, communicated, and acknowledged by employees. • Support the implementation of HR procedures and maintain compliance with company standards. • Maintain accurate daily attendance records, including late arrivals, early departures, missing punches, and leave records. • Monitor attendance trends and address discrepancies through proper documentation and communication. • Prepare weekly attendance reports for management review. • Prepare monthly attendance summaries and coordinate with Finance for accurate payroll processing. • Support payroll calculations, deductions, leave adjustments, and related HR requirements. • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law related to employment contracts, employee benefits, payroll practices, and HR processes. • Stay updated with UAE employment regulations and HR best practices. • Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation tracking, confirmation, performance review coordination, and employee exits. • Handle resignation procedures, final settlements, and exit formalities. • Prepare and maintain HR documents, including: • Offer Letters • Appointment Letters • Confirmation Letters • Warning Letters • Experience Certificates • Relieving Letters • Maintain accurate and confidential employee files, HR records, attendance data, and employee communications. • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping through digital HR systems. • Support employee engagement initiatives, company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs. • Contribute towards creating a positive, professional, and high-performance workplace environment. Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2–3 years of experience in HR Executive, HR Operations, or HR Generalist roles. • UAE HR experience is preferred. • Good understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR practices. • Experience with attendance management and payroll support. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle confidential information professionally. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. • Experience with HRMS, attendance management, or payroll software is an advantage. • English proficiency is required. • Arabic language skills will be an added advantage. • Own Visa Preferred. Compensation & Benefits • Salary Range: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 per month • Benefits: As per UAE Labour Law The final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role.
