We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the HR function across recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, and HR operations while ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities: • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination. • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation. • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately. • Coordinate employee attendance, leave management, and HR-related reporting. • Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and other employee-related documents. • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. • Support payroll administration by coordinating attendance and employee data. • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and HR projects. • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or similar role. • Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems. • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
