Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Officer to support and manage day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and UAE Labour Law. The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work closely with managers and employees to ensure efficient HR service delivery. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring activities. • Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation. • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth joining experience. • Maintain recruitment records and recruitment reports. HR Operations • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. • Prepare HR letters, certificates, and employment-related documentation. • Monitor employee probation periods and contract renewals. • Ensure all employee files are complete and up to date. Employee Relations • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries. • Support managers in handling employee relations matters. • Assist in resolving employee concerns while ensuring compliance with company policies. • Promote a positive and engaging work environment. Performance Management • Coordinate the annual performance appraisal process. • Follow up with managers on performance reviews and employee development plans. • Track performance evaluation completion and maintain records. Learning & Development • Coordinate internal and external training programs. • Maintain employee training records. • Support the identification of training needs across departments. Payroll & Benefits Support • Prepare monthly HR reports for payroll processing. • Coordinate employee leave, attendance, and overtime records. • Support payroll verification by ensuring employee data is accurate. Compliance • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies. • Support HR audits and maintain confidentiality of employee information. • Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures. HR Reporting • Prepare HR reports and dashboards, including: • Headcount • Turnover • Recruitment status • Leave reports • Training records • Performance review status Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 4–6 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist role. • Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law. • Experience in recruitment and HR operations. • Experience using HRIS or ERP systems. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Preferred Qualifications • HR certification (CHRP, CIPD, SHRM, PHR, or equivalent) is an advantage. • Experience working in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of HR metrics and reporting.
