Business Development Executive [Emiratisation] (Lead Generation & B2B Sales) - Abu Dhabi | Full-time Our client, an ADGM-regulated fintech startup, is building out its B2B partner network to power a new rewards proposition for its customers. They are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive lead generation and B2B sales and help build the partnerships pipeline from the ground up as a founding member of the commercial team. What you'll do • Generate and qualify B2B leads across target partner categories • Build and manage a sales pipeline, from first outreach through to signed agreement • Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate partnership terms • Research the market and track competitor activity to sharpen targeting • Work closely with product, marketing and operations to ensure smooth partner onboarding • Represent the company in client meetings and business development initiatives • Work with the Founder on strategic execution What they are looking for • 2 to 5 years' experience in business development, lead generation, or B2B sales • A track record of building a pipeline from scratch and closing deals • Strong commercial instincts and confident negotiation skills • Comfortable and credible in client-facing settings • UAE market experience essential; existing B2B network a plus • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or marketing postgraduate qualification a plus This role sits within a confidential, ADGM-regulated fintech business.
